Welcome to NLBSCIF
The Northern Louisiana Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Foundation (NLBSCIF) welcomes you to our site.
We're a new foundation, created by a group of concerned citizens. We are seeking to raise public
awareness of brain and spinal cord injuries.
You have multiple ways that you can support our organization. On our Activities page, you can learn about our music CDs; proceeds support our Foundation. Our first CD, the Louisiana Swamp Stomp (left), is a compilation of some great artists coming together to help the foundation.
JUST RELEASED is a NEW CD,
West Side Wiggle, featuring Omar Coleman. This CD is 100% old-school Chicago Blues,
featuring eight original compositions and five timeless classics. Omar Coleman is backed
by three of the Windy City’s best sidemen: Billy Flynn, Kenny “Beedy Eyes” Smith, and Bob Stroger.
Learn more about Honeybee Entertainment's Chicago Blues CD on our Activities page and support brain injury research.
Fundraising: We invite you to participate in a variety of fundraising events. Our last event was a golf tournament and we're in the planning stage for a Fall 2012 Golf Event! Stay tuned for more information.
We also invite you to become an organizational Sponsor. You can be listed on our
Sponsors page, joining our current supporters.
